CDL-A Lease Purchase Truck Driver Requirements

1. Must be at least 21 years of age
2. No more than 3 moving violations in last 36 months
3. No more than 2 incidents or accidents in last 36 months
4. No DUI, DWI, or moving violations involving drugs or alcohol in the last 10 years
5. Stable work history
6. Valid CDL-A and Medical Card
7. LEASE PURCHASE ONLY

Rate per Mile

$1.50 plus fuel surcharge on all loaded miles

• Increases to $1.52 when driver reaches 2500 miles for the week. 

$1.15 per mile on empty miles
